Jocely Garcia is an owner, broker and Realtor on the island of Roatan. After attending the Gold Coast School of Real Estate in the USA, she dedicated herself to her new business on the island and opened Roatan Executive Realty in 2010.
Being a native islander, Jocely grew up surrounded by family with a strong work ethic and has a deep understanding of the island and its communities. Her father owned the only Dry Dock on the Island while she was growing up and her mother owned a beauty salon, but also worked as the office manager at the dry dock. Jocely brings this energy and work ethic to Roatan Executive Realty, its sales team and clients.
Over the years, Jocely has garnered an impressive list of accomplishments and experiences in various industries. She has worked in retail, service industries, business administration, tourism as well as the food and beverage sectors. She also currently owns a restaurant in Dixon Cove on the beach.
Born and raised on Roatan, Jocely left the island at the age of 15 to attend and high school in Key West, Florida. After graduation she moved to Boca Raton and graduated from Palm Beach State College with a degree in Business Administration and Management. Jocely moved back to Roatan in 2003, where she is currently raising her two daughters.

Jorge Chavez has been working in Roatan real estate industry for the past nine years. In addition to ten years of experience in home building, project management and sales, he obtained his NAR (National Association of Realtors) Certificate as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist; the only realtor in the country with this designation.
Being Honduran provides Jorge knowledge and experience with local laws and regulations. He is passionate about Roatan and the lifestyle and truly loves showing others the many wonderful things that Roatan has to offer. Beyond simply helping clients find their dream home, Jorge helps them transition and integrate to their new lifestyle and community.
Since 2016, Jorge has been a active member of the Board of Directors for the Honduran National Real Estate Association CANABIRH.

Erica James is one of the initial team members of Roatan Executive Realty and has been with the organization since its inception in 2010. In January of 2019, Erica was elected to the Board of Directors for the Roatan Realtor’s Association.
Being born and raised on the island of Roatan, Erica has an impressive knowledge of the island, its people and cultures. Erica and her husband of 19 years are raising their two children.

After a successful career in the hospitality industry, Suyapa Ocampo joined Roatan Executive Realty last year as an Office Assistant and has just recently become a licensed realtor in Honduras. Suyapa brings a desire to help people discover the beautiful Bay Islands of Honduras and ultimately their dream home in the sun. .
Suyapa studied Marketing at the University of San Pedro Sula and after graduation, decided to visit Roatan. She Instantly fell in love with the island’s rich culture, its people and amazing paradise vibe. For approximately ten years, she worked as a Hotel and Restaurant Manager, working her way up into management and customer service skills. Having that entrepreneur spirit, Suyapa changed careers and started her own tour and transportation company which has been successfully in operation for the past few years.
Suyapa was born and raised in San Pedro Sula, on the mainland of Honduras. She has always enjoyed an active lifestyle including fishing, boxing, and a love of travelling.
